Huntington, Ind. - After sweeping a Tuesday doubleheader at Grace, the HU baseball team took care of the Lancers at Forest Glen with a 10-0 win on Thursday and a thrilling 6-5 win on Friday to complete the four-game sweep over the Lancers.

Ethan Tribolet pitched a five-inning shutout on Thursday giving up two hits while striking out three to lead the Foresters to a decisive 10-0 win. He was backed up with solid bats as the Foresters pounded out eight hits and took advantage of five Grace errors to score in double digits for the second time this season. Schultz and Hammel had two hits and two RBI apiece to pace the Foresters at the plate.

The Foresters plated four runs in their at-bats, the first run coming as a result of a Lancer error. Jamon Hammel recorded the only hit of the inning to score HU's second run as the Foresters went on to log two more runs in the first. Eric Schultz blasted one out of the park in the second to push HU's lead to 6-0 and then Justin Branock matched that in the fourth to highlight a four-run inning as the Foresters cruised to the win.

It was a déjà vu start to game two of the doubleheader as the Foresters took advantage of a Lancer error to push their first run across home plate. The Foresters added insult to injury as they took advantage of a second Lancer error to score their second run of the inning to take an early 2-0 lead. Grace got one back in the top of the third to close to within one before a rain hit in the middle of the fourth to cut the evening short.

When play resumed Friday night, the delay seemed to favor the Lancers as they scored a pair of runs in fifth and added two more in the sixth to take a 5-2 lead. But Branock made sure the lead didn't stick with a three-run shot to left in the bottom half of the sixth to knot the score, and with one away in the seventh and bases loaded, he worked a walk to force home the winning run.

Christner went 3-for-4 and scored three runs to lead the Foresters offensively while Branock finished with four RBI. Starting pitcher Dan Holcomb had a no-hitter through the first four innings on Thursday before being relieved on Friday. Wes Carroll threw 1.1 innings of hitless relief to notch the win.
