FOR RELEASE
2009-10-27
Playing in their last regular season game, the Foresters came up short against Grace 3-0.

Grace came out of the gates firing by scoring all three of their goals in the first 26 minutes of the game. Despite the three-goal hole the Foresters found themselves in, they played a solid second half not giving up any goals and putting together several quality offensive runs. They had two shots on goal that hit the crossbar and several opportunities in the box that HU just couldn't finish. HU Keeper Amy Tavierne recorded five saves on the day. Grace outshot HU 23-14.

The Foresters finish regular season play 3-13-2, 0-6-2 in the MCC. HU will travel to Indianapolis to face #1 seeded Marian in first round MCC tournament action on Saturday.
