Holiday Baseball Camp to be held at Huntington College

Huntington, Ind.—The Huntington College Baseball team will host the Holiday Baseball Camp 2001 from December 27-29, at the Merillat Physical Education and Recreation Center. Huntington College head baseball coach Mike Frame will lead three sessions of the camp with the help of assistant coaches Brian Abbott, Dave Kennedy, Russ Lawson, Jeff LeBeau and Nate Perry, as well as current Huntington College baseball players.

Campers between the ages of eight and 11 will attend session one from 9:30-11:45 a.m. Swimming will be available from 11:45 a.m.-12:15 p.m. Campers between the ages of 12 and 14 will attend session two from 2-4:15 p.m. Session three will be held from 6:30-9 p.m., and is for campers between the ages of 15 and 18. Session three will focus on pitching, catching, and/or hitting only.

Participants will receive a T-shirt and their personal hitting video. Session three participants will also receive their personal pitching video. The cost for sessions one and two is $50 before December 15 and $55 after December 15. Session three cost is $30 per day or $80 for all three days. A $5 discount will be given to previous attendees of the Holiday Baseball Camp or Summer Camp, and a $5 discount each will be given for two or more campers from the same family.
