Huntington University basketball coach, Lori Culler, announced that Danville High School standout, Amy Kramer, has signed a Letter of Intent to continue her basketball career as a Forester this fall.
Kramer, a 6’2 forward, leads her team with 13.2 points and 8.6 rebounds per game. Her success on the court has garnered her numerous individual honors. She is a three-time member of the All-City Hendricks team and earned Sagamore All-Conference honors as a junior and will likely repeat as an All-Conference player again this year. As a junior, Kramer was invited to the Top 100 workout.
Coach Culler is looking forward to Kramer’s contributions to the team. “At 6-2, Amy provides us with some size in the post that we haven’t had in a few years. She is a very athletic player with solid post moves. Her ability to put the ball on the floor coupled with a solid mid-range jumper gives her added versatility that will make her tough to defend. Amy has a lot of potential to excel in the collegiate game and we expect her to have an outstanding career here at Huntington.”
