In recognizing Geders, Wagner said, “Cindy always has a smile and a warm greeting for anyone who goes into the president’s office. She is helpful and cooperative to work with. Cindy helps make working at Huntington University a very pleasant environment to work in.”
Cathy Trout, administrative assistant to the vice president and dean of the university, passed the Peer Award to Dr. Del Doughty. Doughty is professor of English and has been with Huntington University for 10 years.
In recognizing Doughty, Trout said, “Dr. Doughty is hilarious and makes me laugh just about every time I see him. He is student-oriented and has the best interests of students in mind. He has been involved on campus by serving on several committees over the years. Del is one of those people who can make you really think about something in a way you have never thought about it before (students, faculty and staff). I appreciate Del’s commitment to HU.”
