Webb to present new book at history seminar

Huntington, Ind.—Huntington University’s Department of History cordially invites the public to a history seminar on Tuesday, November 29, 2005, from 7 to 8 p.m. in the Atrium of the RichLyn Library.

The focus of the seminar will be a presentation of Dr. Jeffrey Webb’s new book, “The Complete Idiot's Guide to Exploring God” (Alpha Press, 2005). Webb serves as associate professor of history for the University. His book examines the development of concepts of God within the major world religions.

Dr. Dwight Brautigam, professor of history, and Dr. Paul Michelson, distinguished professor of history, will comment on the book, and then the author will make observations. This will be followed by a general discussion. A few copies of the book will be available for purchase. There is no charge for the seminar, and refreshments will be provided.
