Huntington University senior Courtney Beerbower reached a significant milestone in her career as a Forester. Heading into the game against the University of Northwestern Ohio on November 24, Courtney needed just 3 points to become the 18th player to join Huntington’s 1000-point club. She reached the mark in the first minute of the contest when she completed a traditional 3-point play.
To date, she has accumulated 1,035 points and 579 rebounds in 99 games. For her career, Courtney has averaged 10.5 points and 5.8 rebounds. Through the first ten games of her final season, this DeKalb High School native is averaging a team-high 13.3 points and 6.0 rebounds per contest.
