entering in the fall of 2006. Those interested in taking the SAT must note that there have been some significant changes to this test. Some of these changes include the elimination of analogies and quantitative comparisons. One of the major additions to the test is a student-written essay. To be admitted at Huntington, new students enrolling in the fall of 2006 must complete the new version of the SAT. The new test will be administered as early as the spring of 2005. For those students interested in taking the ACT, please note that the test itself is remaining the same; however Huntington will require that new students enrolling for the fall of 2006 take the writing test portion of the ACT. This is a 30-minute writing test that is not an actual section of the test itself. The writing test will be offered as early as late winter/early spring of 2005.
