University Foundation
Breakfast Series
The Huntington University Foundation hosts
a monthly breakfast meeting, open to all who are interested in
learning about current issues and the people and programs of
Huntington University. Breakfast meetings are held on the second
Wednesday of each month, September through May, at the Habecker
Dining Commons. The breakfasts begin at 7:45 a.m. and conclude by 9
a.m. The cost of our breakfast is $6.00. First time attendees eat
free! Free breakfasts are provided courtesy of Chris and Janelle
Love of Bailey-Love Mortuary.
In addition to the program, Dr. G Blair Dowden
provides his monthly
President's Update on University happenings and
introduces a local student who has received a Huntington County Grant
through the Huntington University Foundation.

Impacting Our World
For the
second consecutive year, Huntington University has entered
into a partnership with Zhuhai City Bureau of Education in
southern China to provide teacher training for primary and
middle school English teachers. Come listen as Dr. Luke
Fetters (Associate Professor of Ministry and Missions),
Susie Burson (Assistant Professor of Education), and Valerie
Geer (Adjunct Professor for TESOL) share their experiences
leading a team of HU faculty, staff, students, and alumni
for the three-week summer program. |
