Dr. Neal Armstrong has earned a DBA in Business, MBA in Finance, MDIV in Christian Education, MA in Theology, and a BA in religion. He is currently studying and will complete his MSIM in Data Analytics in October 2025. He also has the following designations: Black Belt Six Sigma, CPCU (Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter), API (Associate in Personal Insurance), AIM (Associates in Management), and CTFL (Certified Tester Foundational Level). He works full-time as a Quality Assurance Analyst and has been teaching online for the last 10 years. When not working or studying, he likes to spend time with his family including his wife, daughter, twin boys, and cat.
