Brad Conner

Director of Institutional Research

Brad Conner is the director of Director of Institutional Research at Huntington University. He has a strong passion for serving administration, faculty, and students in data-informed ways that cultivate growth, health, and excellence in our learning environments.

Before taking on his current role at HU, Brad worked at Crossroads Community Church in Kokomo, Indiana, for over two decades, using pastoral gifts, technical skill, and communication strategy to provide leadership for the church’s vision of "Meeting people where they are and helping them take their next step with Christ." Brad also has experience as a business systems consultant for multiple Certified Financial Planners in the Midwest, upgrading and streamlining their CRM, website, marketing, and compliance instruments. This included extensive cloud implementations as well as on-premises hardware adjustments.

Brad holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Bible and religion from Huntington University. He enjoys spending time with his family, coaching youth baseball, and mentoring students.
