Dowden to speak at leadership luncheon in Wabash

Huntington, Ind.-Dr. G. Blair Dowden, president of Huntington University, will be the featured speaker at a leadership luncheon at noon on Dec. 4 at the Wabash Friends Church, 3563 South State Road 13, Wabash.

Dowden's presentation, "Building Winning Teams," will give attendees insight into how to tell if their team is effective or dysfunctional and how to build a cohesive and effective team that produces results and also has fun. The session will feature ideas from Patrick Lencioni's book, "The Five Dysfunctions of a Team" and explore how winning teams are built and sustained as well as why strong teams are vital to organizational success. Dowden will share strategies to build winning teams in business, church or non-profit organizations.
