Dowdens invite alumni, friends to tour Dutch country

Huntington, Ind.-Join Huntington University President Dr. G. Blair Dowden and Mrs. Chris Dowden on a trip to Pennsylvania Dutch country.

A deluxe 56-passenger coach will depart from the University on Nov. 15 and will return on Nov. 19. Highlights of the trip will include a visit to Biblewalk, a life-sized wax museum featuring more than 70 Biblical scenes and more than 300 wax figures.

In addition, the group will tour Hershey's Chocolate World to learn about chocolate-making and shop for fresh-baked goods as well as enjoy time in the Amish Farmlands at an authentic Amish farm, bake shop, and quilt and craft shop.

The trip includes admission to "Miracle of Christmas" at the Sight & Sound Millennium Theatre. This professionally staged show brings to life the story of the birth of Jesus Christ.

The tour will conclude with a service at Parkside Church in Chagrin Falls, Ohio, with senior pastor Alistair Begg, heard daily and weekly on the radio program "Truth for Life."
