Foundation’s breakfast highlights Chamber, EXPO

HUNTINGTON, IN- The Huntington University Foundation's breakfast will highlight the many offerings of the Huntington County Business EXPO and Chamber of Commerce on Wednesday, March 10.

Seth Marshall, chairman elect for the Chamber, will speak about the various opportunities available through the Chamber, including Business of the Month, programming, upcoming events and different committees. Scott Trauner and Jim Scheiber, co-chairmen of the EXPO, will talk about the bi-annual event on March 20 and 21 that brings businesses, not-for profit organizations, schools and community organizations together to showcase their firms to approximately 8,000 to 10,000 people from a seven-county area.

Marshall has served on the Chamber's board for the past four years and is an investment adviser for BSB Investments in Huntington. Trauner and Scheiber have been organizing the EXPO for the past two years. Trauner is a part owner of the Huntington County TAB, and Scheiber runs the Huntington Edward Jones Company.

The public is invited to attend the Foundation's breakfast. The breakfast will begin at 7:45 a.m. in the Habecker Dining Commons and conclude by 9 a.m. The cost of the breakfast is $6.
