Jeremy Gulley to speak at Foundation breakfast

Huntington, Ind.- Jeremy Gulley, principal of Huntington North High School, will be the featured speaker at the Huntington University Foundation's breakfast on Thursday, February 18.

Gulley will discuss the school's plans to transform the high school experience for students through rigorous curriculum, relevant instruction and a commitment to building stronger relationships. Mr. Gulley will also share his vision for the school's "New Technology" Academy, scheduled to open at HNHS in the fall of 2010.

Gulley has served as principal at Huntington North High School since 2008. He previously served as principal and dean of students at Jay County High School, and as assistant principal at Easy Jay Middle School. He was named Indiana's American Legion Educator of the Year in 2005. Gulley participated in the Oxford Education Roundtable in Oxford, England, in 2008. He earned a bachelor's and two master's degrees from Ball State University.

The public is invited to attend. The breakfast will begin at 7:45 a.m. in the Habecker Dining Commons and conclude by 9 a.m. The cost of the breakfast is $6. First-time attendees eat free.
