Libertarian Congressional candidate to speak

HUNTINGTON, IN SEPTEMBER 12, 1996 ---Dr. Ken Bisson will speak at Huntington College Monday, September 30, at 8 p.m. in the Merillat Centre for the Arts auditorium. The lecture entitled, "Separation of School and State," is part of the Forester Lecture Series at the College. The lecture is free and open to the public.

Bisson's presentation will focus on and develop the Libertarian perspective on several issues of the day, particularly with regard to education. He will propose ways of maximizing freedom in the process of education.

Bisson is the Libertarian candidate for the Fourth Congressional District of Indiana. He is a practicing physician in Angola, Indiana.
