Women’s auxiliary to hold annual garage sale

Huntington, Ind.-The Huntington University Women's Auxiliary 18th annual garage sale benefit for Miller and Meadows halls' lounges will be from 4 to 8 p.m. on Oct. 19 and 8 a.m. to noon on Oct. 20 at the university's Maintenance Building on the corner of Fruit and Himes streets. The auxiliary is requesting donations for the sale. Mark clean, usable items clearly with reasonable prices and bring them to the Maintenance Building between 7 a.m. and noon on Oct. 19. (If necessary, items may be dropped off between 3 and 5 p.m. on Oct. 18.)

Furniture, household items, small appliances, records, games, books, clothing, gardening supplies, and fresh plants or produce are especially useful to students, staff and community. (Note: Shirts, sweaters, pants, jeans, shoes and all books do not need to be marked).
