HUNTINGTON, Ind. Brian "Head" Welch, formerly of KoЯn, will rock out the Fandana Festival this year with his new band, "Love and Death."

Fandana returns for its third year on Aug. 2-4 on Huntington University's campus.

Fandana kicked off in 2011 with Switchfoot and has kept it rocking ever since. Come out this year for 30-plus bands, comedians, kids activities, a film festival and so much more.

Love and Death began in 2012 after Welch's long career in the alternative metal band, KoЯn. He has since written the books, "Save Me from Myself: How I Found God, Quit KoЯn, Kicked Drugs, and Lived to Tell My Story" and "Stronger: Forty Days of Metal and Spirituality." Welch also will share his incredible journey at Fandana during a special talk.
