Foundation to kick off Breakfast Series on Sept. 9

Huntington, Ind.-The Huntington University Foundation will kick off its 2009-2010 Breakfast Series on Sept. 9. Dr. G. Blair Dowden, president, will share the goals for the academic year. Jeff Berggren, vice president for enrollment management and marketing, will provide the enrollment figures for the fall semester, and Dr. Norris Friesen, vice president and dean, will introduce new faculty members.
The breakfast line will open at 7:45 a.m. in Habecker Dining Commons. The cost is $6 per person. Breakfasts are open to the public, and first-time guests are not charged. The program will conclude by 9 a.m.
The Huntington University Foundation hosts a monthly breakfast meeting open to a public interested in learning about current issues and Huntington University programs.
