HC to present Martin Luther King, Jr. commemoration

Huntington, Ind. " Huntington College will commemorate Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. on January 21, at a convocation held in the main auditorium of the Merillat Centre for the Arts. The public is cordially invited to attend the commemoration at 11:15 a.m. Rev. Carison Adams of St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church in Marion, Ind., will speak about moving on after reconciliation.

Rev. Adams has been a pastor for over 25 years and is the founder of and speaker for GAP Ministries. He currently attends Grace Theological Seminary and holds degrees from Bishop's College in Quebec and Brite Divinity School in Fort Worth, Texas. Rev. Adams has published two books, The GAP- A Guide to Start an Intercessory Prayer Ministry and It's Prayer Time. He has been the Senior Pastor at St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church for the past 18 years.
