HU named No. 1 Readers’ Choice pick by Fort Wayne Newspapers

HUNTINGTON, Ind. Huntington University has been named the No. 1 Readers' Choice pick for higher education by Fort Wayne Newspapers.

"We are thrilled that the readers of Fort Wayne Newspapers would select us as the No. 1 choice for higher education in the region," said Heather Barkley, director of communications at HU. "This affirms the strength of our connections in the Summit City and that awareness has grown about the high-quality, Christ-centered programs we offer."

The results were released today at www.fortwayne.com. The picks also recognized Dr. Lance Clark, HU professor of digital media arts film and communications, as the No. 1 videographer for his company LC Media.

The university will be celebrating its No. 1 pick at 2 p.m. Sept. 27 in front of the HUB (Huntington Union Building) on campus. Light refreshments will be served. In case of inclement weather, the celebration will be moved to Norm's Place on the second level of the HUB.
