Simon, Nazarenus named Homecoming royalty

Huntington, Ind. " The Huntington College student body crowned its Homecoming King and Queen during an evening ceremony on October 1, 2003, on the campus of Huntington College. Dwight Simon, a history major from Roanoke, Ind., was named king while Erica Nazarenus, a digital film studies major from Fishers, Ind., was crowed queen.

Senior attendants of the Homecoming court included Kristyn Bollig, a psychology major from Anoka, Minn.; Erin Groth, an elementary education major from Winchester, Ind.; Laura Petery, a psychology major from Richmond, Ind.; Luke Caldwell, a sociology major from Mansfield, Ohio; Daniel Olson, a theatre-performance major from Shullsburg, Wis.; and Drew Wutke, a choral education major from Girard, Kan.

Representing the freshmen class were court attendants Megan Crawford, a business major from Danville, Ill., and Chad Talkington, a youth ministries major from Angola, Ind. The sophomore class nominated April Snider, a communication studies major from Wapakoneta, Ohio, and Seth Caldwell, an undeclared major from Mansfield, Ohio, as their representatives. Rounding out the homecoming court were juniors Lara Sprunger, a family and child ministries major from Berne, Ind., and Nathan Bucher, an elementary education major from Silver Lake, Ind.
