Who’s Who recognizes 21 Huntington University seniors

HUNTINGTON, Ind. Twenty-one Huntington University students have been included in the 2014 edition of Who's Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges.

Campus nominating committees and editors of the annual directory have included the names of these students based on their academic achievement, service to the community, leadership in extracurricular activities and potential for continued success.

These seniors join an elite group of students from more than 2,000 institutions of higher learning in all 50 states, the District of Columbia and several foreign nations.

Outstanding students have been honored in the annual directory since it was first published in 1934.

The following students were recognized:

  • Ashley Haynes, a senior children's ministry and mission major from Palatine, Ill.
  • Blair Caldwell, a senior broadcasting major from Rossford, Ohio
  • Bobae Lee, a senior biology major from Seoul, South Korea
  • Daniel Binkoski, a senior entrepreneurial small business management, business management and economics and finance major from Whitmore Lake, Mich.
  • Emily Yarman, a senior biology pre-med major from Ashland, Ohio
  • Gina Boucouras, a senior social work major from Powell, Ohio
  • Hannah Hochstetler, a senior graphic design major from Goshen, Ind.
  • Holly Lutton, a senior youth ministries major from Anderson, Ind.
  • Jacob Smith, a senior music choral education from Berne, Ind.
  • James Parker, a senior sport and exercise studies and exercise and movement science from Port Elizabeth, South Africa
  • Jason Wright, a senior chemistry major from Fowlerville, Mich.
  • Jessica Krause, a senior psychology major from Waseca, Minn.
  • Jordan VanEngen, a senior elementary and special education and elementary education and teaching English learners major from Byron Center, Mich.
  • Kelsie Shoemaker, a senior elementary and middle school education-language arts from Sheridan, Ind.
  • Kyle Geiss, a senior exercise and movement science major from Granville, Ohio
  • Nathaniel Sullivan, a senior communication studies major from Hermitage, Pa.
