Art, DMA faculty to exhibit work in Wilson Gallery

HUNTINGTON, Ind. The Merillat Centre for the Arts at Huntington University opens its fall season with an art exhibit from visual and digital media arts faculty.

The exhibit opens on Sept. 9 in the Robert E. Wilson Gallery, and will feature a variety of mediums from both departments. The professors exhibiting are Rebecca Coffman, professor of art; Ken Hopper, associate professor of art; Barb Michel, assistant professor of art; Rebekah Hubley, adjunct professor of art; Dr. Lance Clark, professor of digital media arts film and communications; Steve Leeper, associate professor of digital media arts; Bryan Ballinger, associate professor of digital media arts; Dawn Ford, associate professor of digital media arts; and Jay Canul, visiting instructor of digital media arts.

The exhibit runs through Oct. 5 with an artist reception from 6-7:30 p.m. Sept. 13.

The Wilson Gallery, located in the Merillat Centre for the Arts, is open weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., before and after all MCA performances and by appointment. The exhibit is free and open to the public.
