Clampitt, Kuster recognized with Peer Awards

Huntington, Ind.-Recipients of the Huntington University Peer Award for the month of September are Brad Clampitt and Brent Kuster.

Cynthia Buff, Athletic Department Secretary, passed the Peer Award to Brad Clampitt. Clampitt is Call Center/computer lab coordinator and has been with the university for almost a year.

In recognizing Clampitt, Buff said," From the first time I met Brad, it was obvious that he has a real heart for service. He is always ready and willing to help in any way possible. With a smile on his face, he goes above the call of duty to make sure a problem gets solved. He is a great example of someone who loves his job and seeks to brighten the day of those he's working with. With the large coaching staff, software updates, and increasing needs of the Athletic Office, we appreciate Brad and his ability to quickly respond to our requests. Brad is motivated, inspirational and extremely hard working. He is a wonderful asset to this campus and represents Huntington University very well."

Dr. George Killian, assistant professor of music, passed the Peer Award to Brent Kuster. Kuster is network/broadcast engineer and has been with Huntington for eight years.

In recognizing Kuster, Killian said, "Brent has done a tremendous job at keeping pace with the technological needs of the university. He has been an integral part of enhancing the technology used on a daily basis by the Music Department. I appreciate his servant attitude while he is assessing our needs and how he doesn't get caught up in the PC vs. Mac debate, but instead finds solutions to our technology problems that best serves our situation. Most recently, Brent was instrumental (no pun intended) in replacing the computers in the Music Department's lab."
