Dr. Rick Upchurch re-elected president

Dr. Rick Upchurch, director of the EXCEL Adult Degree Programs, was re-elected president for a second term of two years at the 2011 ACCESS Conference. ACCESS is a national Christian distance education association of colleges, universities and other educational organizations.
