Thornhill hosts women’s day away

Huntington, Ind. " Thornhill Nature Preserve will offer women of Huntington and surrounding areas a chance to get away for the day to pamper themselves on Saturday, April 20. Renee Kennedy, a Cosmetologist and freelance image consultant for the past 13 years, will be the main speaker. She will cover topics such as aromatherapy, bath salts, and massage oils.
Kennedy has been manufacturing her own bath and body products for the past five years and teaches continuing-education classes for Cosmetologists. She will also be teaching the participants how to make their own bath products, which they can take home at the end of the day.
The price of the day is $25.00, which includes lunch and covers the costs of the materials. The session begins at 10 a.m. and will end at 4 p.m. Thornhill is located 8 miles north of Huntington, Indiana, on County Road 1000 North.
