Upchurch presents at annual conference for the Higer Learning Commission

Dr. Rick Upchurch, director of the EXCEL Adult Degree Programs, presented at the annual conference for the Higher Learning Commission in Chicago on April 10. The title of his presentation was “Assessing Program Health Through Key Indicators,” which described what to look for in evaluating an academic program’s strengths, weaknesses and overall viability.
