Who’s Who recognizes 21 Huntington University seniors

HUNTINGTON, Ind.- Twenty-one Huntington University students have been included in the 2011 edition of Who's Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges.

Campus nominating committees and editors of the annual directory have included the names of these students based on their academic achievement, service to the community, leadership in extracurricular activities and potential for continued success.

These seniors join an elite group of students from more than 2,000 institutions of higher learning in all 50 states, the District of Columbia and several foreign nations.

Outstanding students have been honored in the annual directory since it was first published in 1934.

The following students were recognized:

• Gloria Bonilla, a senior public relations major from La Ceiba, Honduras.
• Cassandra Screeton, a senior economic and finance major from Rochester, Ind.
• Jacqueline Bashop, a senior educational ministries major from Roanoke, Ind.
• Janalee Boroff, a senior journalism major from Willshire, Ohio.
• Carita Landes, a senior graphic design major from Sheridan, Ind.
• Mark Wiley, a senior business management major from Huntington, Ind.
• Jared Grandlienard, a senior mathematics major from Bluffton, Ind.
• Brandon Tanner, a senior biology/pre-med major from Angola, Ind.
• Susanne Shepherdson, a senior history and entrepreneurial small business management double major from Maitland, Fla.
• Philip Black, a senior theater performance major from Fort Wayne, Ind.
• Katherine Geders, a senior elementary and special education double major from Huntington, Ind.
• Robert Hahn, a senior entrepreneurial small business management major from Whitehouse, Ohio.
• Ashley Upchurch, a senior psychology major from New Castle, Ind.
• Ashlee Edinger, a senior elementary and special education double major from Huntington, Ind.
• Katrina Helmer, a senior broadcasting major from Noblesville, Ind.
• Amanda Kent, a senior public relations major from Williams, Ind.
• Ross Kilgore, a senior family and children's ministry and youth ministry double major from New Castle, Ind.
• Brittany Sommers, a senior psychology major from Macedonia, Ohio.
