Dr. Pamela (Pam) Johnson joined the Huntington University staff in 2021 as an instructional technologist. Her role overlaps with instructional design, focusing on pedagogy and the use of technology to support teaching and learning in on-ground, online, and hybrid environments. 

Pam's doctorate in education with concentrations in Organizational Leadership and Higher Education Leadership is from Nova Southeastern University. She holds a Master of Education degree in Adult Education and Distance Learning from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a math minor from Texas State University. 

Originally from Dayton, Ohio, Pam now lives in New Braunfels, Texas, with her husband who is a retired history professor. She enjoys keeping up with the happenings in her daughters’ lives, church work, historic preservation, and following the findings of mudlarks on the River Thames.
