HU School of the Arts awarded Fort Wayne Advertising Honors

The American Advertising Federation of Fort Wayne acknowledged Huntington University’s School of the Arts with 16 awards at its annual Fort Wayne Advertising Honors event on February 25. The competition recognizes advertising creative excellence from students and area advertising and media professionals. Entries are judged on creativity, originality and creative strategy. Work entered at the local level can become eligible for regional and national judging. HU students and faculty took home one Best of Show award, six Gold recognitions and eight Silver prizes.

“What is so astounding about this year’s Ad Fed awards is the fact that both students and faculty won several Gold and Silver awards for their projects. We are very pleased to be competing at such a very high level with full-time industry professionals in the area,” said Dr. Lance Clark, Associate Dean of the Arts.
