Thailand chef to prepare special meal at Huntington University

HUNTINGTON, Ind. Chef Parkpoom Kotcharat from Thailand will be visiting Huntington University from 5 to 6:30 p.m. March 4 to prepare a special dinner for students, faculty and staff. Kotcharat is coming to campus through the Global Chef Program through Sodexo Food Services, which is the university's food service.
He studied business administration with a concentration in kitchen and restaurant management in Bangkok and later attended college in London. He came to Sodexo Thailand in April 2012 as a Sous Chef. There, he prepares Thai and European cuisines, develops menus and manages costs.
