Admissions Ambassador: Tour Guide & Office Worker

At Huntington University, we are a Christ-centered community committed to equipping students for a life of impact. Our Admissions Ambassadors play a vital role as the first impression of HU — welcoming prospective students and families, sharing their Forester experience, and reflecting the heart of our mission. Ambassadors are the face of HU, helping students see how they can belong, grow, and thrive here.

Same-day requests or no-shows cannot be accommodated. Failure to communicate in a timely manner may result in disciplinary action. Consistent attendance, punctuality, and clear communication are essential to smooth operations and supporting the team.

  • Assist with office tasks such as data entry and preparation for group visits.
  • Support office operations and serve as backup for student/family interactions when needed.
