Fort Wayne Philharmonic to present ‘Holiday Pops’

Huntington, Ind.-Ring in the Christmas season with friends, family and the "Holiday Pops," Huntington University's favorite Yuletide celebration. The Fort Wayne Philharmonic, the area's premier symphony orchestra, will perform seasonal favorites beginning at 2:30 p.m. on Dec. 14 in the Zurcher Auditorium of the Merillat Centre for the Arts.

The concert will feature a full orchestra conducted by Bradley Thachuk and will exhibit vocalist Megan Meyer.

A family tradition for more than 20 years, "Holiday Pops" with the Fort Wayne Philharmonic includes an audience sing-a-long and a selection of familiar holiday music. Also on the program are timeless classics and holiday favorites including "'Twas the Night before Christmas," "Sleigh Ride" and "White Christmas."

Ticket prices are $18-22 for reserved seating, discounted by $2 for students 13 and older as well as seniors, half price for students 12 and younger, and $5 for Huntington University students.
