Noble named director of the Centre for Non-Western Studies

Dr. John Noble, assistant professor of Bible and religion, has been named the director of the Centre for Non-Western Studies at HU. Noble replaces Dr. Tim Smith, associate professor of history, who will be taking a sabbatical next semester to conduct research for his new book. Noble also recently received his PhD in Near Eastern Languages and Civilizations from Harvard University.
