Welcome to the Forester Team! 

As a new (or returning) member of the Huntington University faculty or staff, the University Relations team has created the following checklist for you to ensure that you have completed all the necessary onboarding steps. 

If you have any questions through this process, please don’t hesitate to contact prstaff@huntington.edu.  

Step 1:

Schedule a date/time to have your photo taken. Portraits are taken on the first and third Wednesday of each month between 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Schedule your time slot using the Calendly sign-up form.

You will not be added to the Huntington University website until you have completed steps 1 and 2.  

Step 2:

Fill out the Photo/Video Release Form. 

You can either scan and email the signed document to Lynette Fager at lfager@huntington.edu or you can drop the hard copy in campus mail.  

Step 3:

Read and sign the Social Media Policy.

Step 4:

Read our Email Signature Standards.

You can then use our email signature generator by completing the required fields.

Step 5: 

Fill out the personnel bio form.
