- 3+3 Pathway: Two Degrees in Six Years - Earn an undergraduate degree and a Doctor of Occupational Therapy degree through an accelerated pathway.
- Direct Admission to Huntington University’s OTD program for students who meet all program requirements
- 25% Huntington University Student Discount on Graduate Tuition
Huntington University’s 3+3 Doctor of Occupational Therapy pathway allows qualified students to earn both a bachelor’s degree and a Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) in just six years—one year sooner than the traditional route—by completing three years of undergraduate coursework followed by three years in Huntington’s OTD program, saving time and resources on the path to becoming an occupational therapist.
The 3+3 pathway allows students to apply to the OTD program during the summer between their sophomore and junior years. Students who satisfy all academic, prerequisite, and application requirements may advance directly into doctoral study.
Simplify Your Education Spending six years at the same university creates a seamless educational experience and allows you to build relationships with mission-driven faculty who care about your individual career goals.
A Faster, More Affordable Path
Earning both degrees in six years instead of seven can reduce your overall cost and help you enter the healthcare workforce a year sooner. As an added benefit, HU alumni receive a 25% discount on graduate tuition.
